After two hard years of raising capital for other people, I have finally decided to focus on launching Pa-Keto. Pa-Keto's is a paleo keto-friendly coffee shop that offers clean organic coffee beans from around the world and a protein smoothie line that is lean and free of processed sugars. I have contracts in place for three mobile sites and a letter of intent to have four traditional brick-and-mortar storefronts by Q4 of 2023. I am seeking investors or a family office to purchase the trucks and trailers needed for the three mobile sites. As a former analyst, I have researched the market and have set locations accordingly. The products that I offer will be recession resistant. The locations that have been carefully researched will also be recession resistant. Pa-Keto's is a coffee company that offers clean coffee and protein. Coffee beans are certified organic, and we are sourcing Texas-based protein suppliers for our shakes. The fruits that will be used to make the protein smoothies will be organic. Meaning, they are herbicide and pesticide free. Two of our locations have asked to provide BBQ/Mexican food.
